I want a Hungry Homeless Hobo Stuff Pack!

I'm not in favor of the wording but yes, I do want some low end, scratched up, dingy/grungy, stained things. Carpets that are torn and ragged, bedding that's patched together, the ability to sleep on the floor, old old tvs, ect, dirty walls, peeling Linoleum flooring, ect.

It's nice to have something to work towards (high end, luxury), but it would be nice to start out at the roots. Not everyone can afford the middle end and high end stuff, some people struggle. Even the neighborhoods are perfect, made for perfect little people. What about the other people?
