I would very much love to have a Tea Party

I would like:

1. To brew hot beverages on the stove
2. Make Tea Sandwiches http://cincinletseat.files.wordpress.com/2011/06/img_6861.jpg

3. Petit Fours
4. Plate stand with lovely floral painted plates where the sandwiches and little cakes can be served
5. A Tea Salon/Room
