I think since we got kid's room it's only fair we get teen's room!Things for a teen stuff pack that i'd like: Jocky, preppy, sweatshirts, hoodies, worn out jeans etc for clothing. These clothing will be available for all ages in cas, however npc townie's can only wear them automatically if they're teens. It would come with more facial things in CAS like Acne, More freckles etc. Build/buy items would be: Cd stacks, sports posters, posters of "hot" female and male sims (particularly celebrity crushes), video game cases, new stereos, new beds, new computer, new tablet, etc.A few gameplay items could be: Acne, Teen parties, comic books (like sims 3), action figures, frisbee, hackey sack, Magazines, and maybe returning from the sims 2; handheld game systems and ipods (mp3 players). I'm actually drawing a blank for the premium objects. Some more teen careers? Any thoughts on this kind of pack or any suggestions?

I would prefer those items you describe to come in an expansion pack focusing on growing up (like Generations). Then we could also get after school activities, teacher career and a bunch of other gameplay too instead of just a few items. Teens need more than acne and some new fashion to feel like a unique life stage. Kid's room seems like a great stuff pack, but I didn't buy it because the way I see it, the game is lacking so much substance in the family oriented child and teen area that I expect there to be an EP eventually. Stuff packs with two or three gameplay objects don't help much.

Yes, teens are not teens in this game, and a stuff pack for them will definitely be a step forward in the right direction.

You know what I want back the little CD, mp3, iPod they had in Sims 2 I thought that was do cute when they plugged it in tapping their feet to the music.

Anyways I'm really in need of this stuff pack. Especially for townie teens that don't look like teens. I'd rather not take the time to bring them into CAS and dress them appropriately. We already have kid and toddler stuff, so why not teen stuff. They need a little extra love, although Parenthood was great. :)

Does anyone else think that their should be a teens stuff pack or maybe an additional life stage (pre-teen)? I feel like my teens are just adults. If you agree, what are your ideas? Please share

I could live without a pre-teen life stage, but I would love for the current teens to be a little less like mini adults and be more unique.

Making pre-teens would be pretty much waste of time at this point of the game(new animations for everything, new clothes for them etc). They could use that time making something useful instead(new EPs, GPs etc)
But more things for teens would be great! I liked how Parenthood added the mood swings for teens.

I don't think we need a new life stage. However I do think we need stuff packs focused on the "neglected" life stages (teens & elders).

I think we should have a Preteen stage since in this game version the teens are more mature then previous games even with the moodswings. What I want for the teens is to teen hangout, learn to drive, go to prom, study for college, graduate.

They'd work as DVD stacks too.

if you go into build mode without being in game you can access the clutter CD stack that you get as a reward with one of the careers

Honestly, regarding preteens we probably won’t see that life stage in the Sims 4. Possibly, the Sims 5 (Which I hope is a while from now because I still feel like I’m just getting into the Sims 4).

There’s a lot of work that needs to be done with teens in the Sims 4.

They should add a patch or game update that adjusts the height for teens making them significantly shorter than YAs.
