I chose farm life. I know there was a good bit of store content for it in Sims 3, and there were a huge amount of requests for more. There's been a poll and specific guru questions on twitter and other social media about farming implementation, so I think there's a good chance we'll actually get it in Sims 4.
My follow up would be the Post Apocalyptic world. and a Medieval world too.
My own idea though: A full blown theme park, as the poll sort of suggested for Magic town, but also add in zoos and aquariums. It's time we had all of that. Even if the animals available in the zoo were minimal, maybe 12-16 animals total and nowhere near as interactive as pets but still mobile within their structures.
