Ah yes it'll be the easel. Better easels lead to higher painting quality and probably more money. Elle only has the basic easel, but she does have level 10 painting skill.

I think some sims look weird in CAS but perfectly fine in game. Oh well, the daughter that Elle got from him is hot anyway and my 100 baby challenge isn't basically a BOTU like yours was so I don't really care what the donors look like :D
