Very lovely island beach home for a retired couple! :) Your Sims couple are lovely! Very nice exterior wood texture, and lovely restful lounger area on the deck. The rocking chair porch off the bedroom is a lovely place for the Sims to enjoy sitting resting in the sea air! The flowers around the base of the tropical tree are pretty! The interior furnishings are lovely! Very pretty curtains and patterned rug in the living room. The design of the wall using the book shelves and embroidery wall decor is very nice! Sims will enjoy reading books and knitting there. The scuba gear is a great touch in the hallway! Very lovely kitchen! The floor patterning is very nice! Very nice natural wood texture of the furniture. The tropical fruit basket is a special touch. Very nice bedroom! The curtains, felt flowers on the wall, and the pretty flowers and candles are all very nice!
