Here's the second of those builds I've been talking about for God only knows how long...A restaurant this time, built to replace Kin-Ship in Sulani! Tropical Party Villa is a lovely modern island home! :) Very stylish exterior design and great layout! The pool, loungers and dancing patio is very nice. The interior furnishing is lovely. Very great design of each of the ensuite bedrooms. The aquarium wall is very lovely!

Darlings, it's been a while!

I have three builds coming out within the next few weeks. All three are complete, but I still have to make build vids for two of them, so...

In any case, here's the first of the three — a party villa in Sulani designed to replace Admiral's Wreckage in Sulani.

As much fun as staying in the cube house is, there just aren't enough bedrooms, so I built this one too.

It was designed to be a rental, but works just as well as a residential home too, and features a floor-length premier suite, five en-suite bedrooms, two additional bathrooms, three swimming pools, a home theatre, gym, aquarium wall, entertainment areas and more...

NO CC, of course.

DESCRIPTION: Tired of smaller vacation properties, the Chan-Honeycutts commissioned a sprawling villa located at the base of the Mua Pel'am volcano.
