The modern exterior design of Compact Modern Home is very nice! :) The roofing design is very nice, and very nice outdoors areas! The plants and trees nooks either sides of the front entrance are very nice. Very nice outdoors dining area! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating the food in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing of the interior! The brown, black and white colour scheme is very nice. Very nice wall textures of the living areas. The pale pink and blue colours of the kids bedroom looks very nice.
It is a very nice modern family home! :)
