Welcome to The Community Alcove! This is a big community lot for your sims to hang out at! There are several different community lot/retail types here. The mix of buildings from traditional to modern are quite common where I live, so I took inspiration from that, as new shops take the places of old often. Created with no mods, cheats or cc. I really enjoyed building this one, and it is the first big, multi-building lot I have attempted!

The Community Alcove is a very lovely community lot! :) Very nice design and layout! Each area of the build is very nice and has been furnished very well! The stores are very nice for Sims to enjoy visiting and buying goods, and they will enjoy keeping fit at the gym as they use the fitness equipment! Very nice cafe! It is very nice that there is both indoors and outdoors drinking and dining areas. The rooftop dining patio is very nice! The square sitting area in the courtyard is very nice. Sims will enjoy sitting there chatting in the outside air.
It is a lovely and detailed build! Sims will enjoy visiting it :)

Welcome to Civic Cliffs - inspired from housess in my home town. This typical English build has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with office/spare room (I imagined that there was a pull our sofa bed in there for guests).
Good outdoor space with pool, bbq and green area. Furnished and decorated to look similar to common styles in the UK - this will not be to everyone's tastes, as it is quite small and cramped with furniture everywhere; we have to make do with the space we've got lol!
Created with no mods, cheats or cc. All base game and playtested.

Civic Cliffs is a lovely family home! :) It is very nice that it is based on real life homes where you live. Very nice exterior design, brick texture, lovely front area flower beds! The art balcony is very nice for Sims to enjoy painting outside in the outdoors air. The pool and outdoors dining area is very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing poolside on the loungers, It looks great the way the hedging separates off the kids play area. Very nice furnishing of the interior! The coat rack and school bag in the entry area are homely. Very nice armchair and sofa sitting area in the living room for Sims to enjoy relaxing watching tv. They will enjoy playing the guitar,It looks great the way the cabinets and shelves have been placed, to create a tv nook. Very nice bedrooms furnishings and colours, The diagonal row of leafy plants on the master bedroom wall looks great!
It is a very nice home for a family! :)

Welcome to The Home and Garden - Perfect for a larger family; this 4 bedroom home sleeps 7, I decorated this one out with a bit more of a story than I normally would for gallery builds. The bedrooms in my mind were decorated for a pre-teen daughter, a teen boy (and his GF, who lives with the family) and two younger children sharing a room. Features include a small playroom, a big outdoor space with peaceful pond area and two lounging areas. Created with just base game, no mods or CC but please enable move objects!

Home and Garden is a lovely family home! :) Very great exterior design, pretty flowerbox windows, great fenced garden beds! Very lovely backyard and back patio areas! Sims will enjoy cooking on bbq and eating meals outdoors at the dining tables in the outdoors air. Very nice corner gardening nook. Kids will fun on the monkey bars and all sims will enjoy playing chess. Very nice hedge arch entry to chess area. The corner water fountain, lily pads pond, birdbath and flowers feature area is very lovely! Very nice pool and outdoors living trellis covered sitting area! Very lovely furnishing and layout of the interior! Kids will enjoy reading books, using the science table, and doing artwork on the activities table in their playroom. The teddy and animal chair are cute!
It is a very nice home for a family, with lovely outdoors areas! :)

@KaylaxCapers I really like you Community Alcove. Very nice first installment! I love your description of the little areas. Your other homes are very nice as well.
