KaylaxCapers Build Showroom

As a request from @Cavapoo_King; I have reimagined Torendi Penthouse to the specifications wanted for this property!
The theme is modern/contemporary and I built within the pack range of the requester. The only one I didn't have was Vintage Glamour - which honestly would have bumped this build up a notch, I left some space in the master bedroom for example where I think a vanity would look good!

Included: A modest Butler's apartment (1 bed,1 bath). Large family penthouse with the usual kitchen, dining, living room that are all very roomy.
6 bathrooms (2 en-suite and half-baths downstairs), 4 bedrooms (2 for children), office with vault, playroom, streamer office, gorgeous balcony and garden area, and a lot more arears to lounge around in.
Decorated neutrally as I wanted the requester to be able to choose gender and storyline, therefore less cluttered and decorated than I normally would for personalisation.

I hope this is what the requester wanted and envisioned, and am looking forward to more build requests in the future! Thank you @Cavapoo_King and I hope you and your Sims enjoy their new home.

All playtested, no CC or mods but used move objects to get things exactly where I wanted so please enable MOO.

Torendi Tower Request is a lovely penthouse! :) It is very kind of you to do the simmer’s request :) Very nice design and layout! The pool, outdoors living, and kids play patio is very nice! Very lovely interior furnishing of the build! It is very nice that there is butler’s apartment as a part of the build. It is great that there is a streaming and music station room. Very nice kitchen design , with the large glass windows bringing in sunlight to enjoy whilst cooking meals. Very nice dining room, with a piano for Sims to enjoy listening to music whilst eating their meals. The kids playroom is great! Kids will have fun doing science experiments, playing games, playing with the dollhouse and using the building blocks table. Very nice furnishing and design of each of the bedrooms!
It is a very nice penthouse! :)
