Knock First Door Option

It would allow for more privacy, without outright having to lock doors. It would also work within the game's limitations.

    I would love this feature added to door options. It could be customizable just like locking doors for certain sims. So certain sims in the house have to knock first before entering the room you have set this for. Great for roommate situations!!
