Happy Living is a very nice home! :) The layout of the build and outdoors areas and the design of the exterior of the home building is very nice! Very nice roofing! The flowers look so pretty how they are placed in the outdoors areas! The art nook is a vry nice area for sims to enjoy painting on the easel there in the outdoors air, with the very nice floral setting for them to enjoy looking at. The ground paving of the pathways looks very nice. Very nice pool and outdoors dining patio area! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ there and eating the food at the umbrella covered tables in the sunshine. The playground nook is very nice! Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars and the pirate ship. It is very nice how there is an outdoors dining area on the back porch as well. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The chequered flooring in the kitchen looks nice. Nice eat in dining area in the kitchen. The cabinets look nice how they are placed in the room. It is great that there are double stoves in the kitchen for sims to enjoy cooking meals on. The butterflies picture is pretty for sims to see when dining there. Very nice layout of the living room! It looks nice how there is an armchairs fireplace sitting area for sims to enjoy chatting there warming up in front of the fire. The flowers and shelves of plants look pretty and very nice either sides of the fireplace. The sofas seats sitting area is very nice for sims to enjoy resting there watching tv and reading a book. The bookcases look nice placed either sides of the tv and under it! The books look great placed on top of the bookcases! It looks very nice how the sofas are placed there. The enlarged coffee table looks great! The candles, flowers and teapot are nice touches on the table for sims to see when sitting there. The art and playroom for the kids is great! They will enjoy doing artwork on the art table and have fun playing with the dollhouse and toys from the toy box.. The unicorn and teddy look very cute in the room! Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The plants on the shelves on the master bedroom wall are nice touches of nature there. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst laying in bed. The book shelves and bookcases look nice how they are placed in the bedrooms.
