Hey there! I made a new house, especially for my nephew ;) He wanted a modern house for his game, so I made him one. It's called 'Especially for Stef' and can be downloaded from the gallery. ID name anchesenamon

Especially for Stef is a very nice home! :) It is very special that you built a home for your nephew. The exterior design of the home is very nice! It looks very nice how you have used the pillars in the build and the roofing is very nice! It looks very nice how you have the water around the edges of the home! The bridge pathway to the entrance door is nice. The plants look very nice how you have placed them in the nooks either sides of the front door! The shrubs are nice touches either sides of the front gate. The plants and flowers on the side and back areas of the home look very nice! The plants, rocks and flowers through the build are so nice! Very nice outdoors pool patio! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, or enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating them at the umbrella covered table, enjoy dining in the sunshine. The row of plants look nice how you have placed them on the back porch. The green and white colour of the exterior of the home looks very nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen is very nice! Nice bar stools counter for sims to enjoy sitting at and eating their meals. The fruit bowl, condiments and menu board are nice kitchen touches. The dining and study room is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting at the corner study desk table using the computer or reading a book. It looks great how you have angled the dining table. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst eating their meals. It looks nice how you have the bar as as part of the dining area. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools after a meal and having a drink from the bar and a chat. The drinks shelves look great how you have placed them besides the bar counter. The plants and flowers on and either side of the table in the corner nook are nice nature touches in the room. Very nice layout and furnishing of the living room! The sunken TV watching and reading area is very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the sofas and armchairs there, for sims to enjoy resting there, having a chat. The bookcases look nice how you have placed them either sides of the TV. The candles and plants look very pretty and nice how you have placed them on the shelf above the TV and on the coffee table! They are nice for sims to see whilst reading and watching TV there. The cabinets and tables look great how you have placed them under the TV. It looks very nice how you have placed the pictures on the fireplace wall! Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The colour schemes of the bedrooms look nice. The wall bookcases in the single beds room looks great, and it is nice that you have double study desk there, placed face to face so sims can use the computers at the same time. The positioning of the beds in the room looks nice. The flowers and plants in the second bedroom are nice touches there for sims to see when laying in bed.
The home is very nice. :) Your nephew will like it!

Wellness is a very nice home! :) The design of the exterior of the home and the roofing looks very nice. The dormer is very nice! Very nice roof covered porchway entrance to the home. It looks nice how you have placed the hedge fencing and shrubs either sides of the front pathway. The windows look very nice how you have placed them in the home! Very nice pool patio! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool, or enjoy relaxing poolside on the armchairs and sofa. The candles on the coffee table and in the wall behind the seating looks pretty! Very nice design and furnishing of the kitchen! The purple and white colour scheme of the room looks nice! Very nice large island sink and bar stool counter! The purple stools looks nice with the white of the counter, and the brick wall texture adds to the nice look of the room. It looks great how you have double stoves in the build. The knives sets on the counter and wall are great kitchen touches there. It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets in the room! The living room is very nice! The corner study desk nook is great! It looks nice how you have angled the study desk. Sims will enjoy sitting there using the computer or reading a book from the bookcase. The spa pack items are nice touches on top of the table in the other corner of the room. Very nice TV watching area! The purple colour of the sofa and armchair seating looks nice with the brick wall. The flowers are nice restful touches tgere on the table. Sims will enjoy resting there watching TV. The purple musician themed pictures look nice with the colour of the seating. The green and beige colour scheme of the bathroom looks very restful! The ceiling lantern lights in the bathroom and living room add a nice look. The bedrooms are very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the alternating coloured plants on the bedhead ledge! The candles on the bedside tables and the scenic picyures on the wall look calming. It looks nice how you have placed the bookcases either sides of the dresser in the other bedroom. Sims will enjoy reading a book when in bed. The wall colours of the bedrooms looks nice.
The home is very nice. It looks very nice how you have used the spa pack items in the build. :)
