Notes:
1. This particular 64X64 lot is Center Park in San Myshuno, and so, it's technically generic. However, I have cash registers in each store and in the cafe too - so it works as retail if you want to place the 64X64 mall on a different lot in your game --- and set it to retail.

2. This mall may be micro/mini, but it’s 4 stores are macro in size! Inside, find a toy store with a display train set outside the store, a laundry appliance and accessory store, a wallpaper store and a computer store, along with a café/bakery, and restrooms. Outside, children can enjoy swinging in the strip mall’s landscaped outdoor seating area. There is a parking lot, car park trolley and taxi included, as well.
