@icanhassims Your 'Oak Tree Park' is a great park for different ages to enjoy with its lovely fenced in kids play area, chess sets for the older people and the Clubhouse Treehouse that is such a brilliant idea! <3 I would not have thought of that :) The teen's will enjoy the Juice keg and no doubt older sims will as well! Kids will enjoy playing Void critter games and everyone else will play on the Fooseball table, fun for everyone. Good idea to have the fridge inside for drinks and snacks we know sims are always hungry ;)
Outside its great there is plenty of picnic tables and grills so no one will go hungry and a bathroom so no one has to dash home and can stay here all day. Its good too that it is so well lit at night so it will have visitors anytime.
