Some good looking guys, I narrowed it down but I have a few.

Luciano is one of my favorite vampires, he's going through some tough times now but he was once a materialistic but fun loving goof with a family he loved and talking pets that always had too much to say. He's also fond of building snowmen during blizzards.

Francis was spawned in but I liked him so much I gave him a makeover, he is another vampire and part of one of my celebrity couples the woman he's singing to turned him, he doesn't realize he's in a love triangle as she so far has cut him out but he is.

And Emory is another vampire I'm not really playing right now but he's in love with his two best friends he's the quiet one of the group.

Another sim I did from another Urbz game. Bayou Boo. Oddly didn't get to take a picture of his brother at the time and haven't visited the hosehold, but he always looks so fascinated to be in the city considering him being downright country and lives in the boonies. Really liked how he turned out.

Favorite male sim is one I have been playing since Sims 2- his name is Dude Random (a joke between me and my daughter is how his name came to be!) - he has always had the insane (erratic now) trait since Sims 3. I change other traits and clothing depending on what kind of story I play him in. He is always a character! Right now he is a 5 star celebrity actor - that is why he is posing.

This is the first ever male sim I made in TS4. I named him Jermaine, only bc I thought it was fitting.

I remember his face came about in a dream one day and I woke up deciding to create him in CAS. I used him as a love interest for a while, but that save never got past having two children with his wife and being on the 3rd lvl of the Athletic career. But he still has a soft spot in my heart and sits patiently waiting in my library until I decide on what I gonna use him for again.

This is Carlos Hapsburg, the last of his line. At the moment he's decided that Dina Caliente will be the mother of his children (and head over heels in love with her). Only problem is she just wants to be friends.

Originally created as an experiment to see the ugliest sim I could create without going into uglacy territory and to see if I could recreate Carlos II Habsburg, last Hapsburg King of Spain (I think he's pretty close), but I love the poor idiot. He doesn't know it yet ,but he will be becoming a vampire when I get around to getting them.

@WaytoomanyUIDs derp, I thought he may have already been an vampire and oh lordy he has an eyeball ring too.

Though I kinda like him though I have a thing for weird looking to rather ugly sims. His looks really stand out.

Love this thread and agree male sims definitely need more love! I’m apparently in the minority as I play a lot of male sims, but if I had to choose just one favourite then it would have to be my vampire sim, Hal, who is based on my favourite fictional character ever of the same name and was the first sim I ever played in the Sims 4. His dark form is identical to his main apart from complete black eyes and the classic vampire fangs. His main traits are neat, perfectionist, music lover and quick learner and he has all the positive character values. He’s highly skilled in logic, cooking, piano, guitar, singing, dancing and fitness. He’s also a grand master vampire and worked hard to achieve the ‘Good Vampire’ aspiration. He previously worked in the culinary and business careers before becoming a stay at home dad, so currently spends his days trying to be a Super Parent teaching and caring for his clingy toddler, as well as cooking and cleaning in his apron lol and occasionally going off to the Spa with a good friend for some ‘wellness’ time. He is also on his way to becoming the leader of the Avant Gardes and is thinking of starting a career as a writer in the future and possibly purchasing a bookstore of his own once his daughter starts school.
