I mainly build the sets myself, but I downloaded all the city stuff from here:

There's ALOT of cc that comes with it, but since my computer isn't the best, I didn't download all of it. I mainly just downloaded for the buildings. It comes with fake buildings that I put in my of my lots to make it look more like a city :)
