This house may not meet the requirements of a tiny house, but it definitely uses every bit of space to its advantage! This lot features a second floor balcony complete with hot tub, upstairs main bedroom loft with computer nook, a two bed kids room, laundry room, walled off toilets in each bathroom, grill area, and planters, all while having a sleek, modern feel throughout.
