Modern Build

I love it! The bathroom is super awesome and the pool is so cool. I've never seen something done like that.

It is a very lovely and detailed modern family home! :) Very nice layout of the home and furnishing of each area! It is very nice that there is a central pool and the home is built around it. The movie deck is great! It looks very nice how the seating has been set up there for Sims to enjoy watching movies. The posters look great on the wall! Very nice indoors pool! The statues and coloured lights nooks on the window edges are pretty! Very nice windows bar area for Sims to enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink and looking out through the windows. The living room is very nice for Sims to relax there on the seating and watch tv, Very lovely warm colour scheme of the dining room! The wall paneling, crockery cabinets in the corner nooks and the glass wallart look great! Very nice design, furnishing and colour schemes of each of the bedrooms and the nursery!
It is a very nice modern home for a sims family! :)

Love the unique closet area and shower partitions!
