Voting was really hard. I reread them and had to take notes on the stories to compare. In the end, I gave some love to some very deserving reads.
The best part was reading them ALL. I'm so glad that's part of the rules. Winning stuff is nice, but as writers, seeing people read and appreciate our hard work is a hundred times more gratifying.
Now, the real question: what to say about mothers? I could write about my own but I don't know. It'd definitely be a comedy!
