We need proper graveyards and hotels or/and resorts

I would love a (mad) tea party pack with a tearoom venue and proper tea set.

I love this. Being able to customize the NPCs you're likely to see at a place, and the activities they perform while there is a great idea. Even setting groups unlikely to be there, like if anyone saw FakeGamerGirl's WooHoo toy shop video, way too many kids were trying to buy things from Mrs. Crumplebottom and Eliza. :lol: But then again, that kind of awkwardness can kind of be part of the charm of the Sims.

@GlacierSnow That´s a really cool idea with custamizable lots, it´s goes straight into my list! :smile: Maybe that could be an update to a Mall / multi purpose / Townhouses -pack?
Haha I voted for schools but I want all of the options! Here´s my list:

1. Functional Townhouses & customizable Apartments (Multiple housing on 1 lot)
New pack: Luv2Landgraab ?. Become a Landlord, buy run down estates that you renovate and rent out or sell for a higher value, hire employees (janitor / maid / interior designer) or do the work by yourself. Can you keep your estates well maintained and tenants pleased or are you just a money grabber that give them cockroaches and misery? (Well, that can give some consequences too…). Frequent assignments, and sudden events: pest invasions, water leakage, conflict between neighbours, mugger and crime, vandalization…
Free update: Updated roommates system: rent out to families, maid & janitor career, possibility to hire an interior designer (DHD pack), BURGLARS and Neighbourhood traits (instead of pre-written descriptions) ex. More / Less crime, slum / Finer quarter (will affect snob sims), Calm / Fussy , Industrial / Eco

2. Schools (Kindergarten / Elementary & High schools)
Education pack, Active Kindergarthen / Elementary / High school that uses something similiar to the Scout badges system, an active teacher career (kindergarthen or school), different programs: Regular / Art / Science / Sport / Private school / Homeschooling

3. Concert hall / Music stadium
Music & Bands pack, Lot traits: Fine concert / rock concert (sims will behave differently)
Music Degree (DU EP), new instruments, form a band or go solo, sign a record contract or work your way up.

Active Mayor career, choose your campaign promises (what do you want to reform / change in your world, and what subjects are close to your heart?), run for mayor, set your own rules and plans for each neighbourhood (taxes, consequences, safety), solve frequent assignments and sudden events, challenging quest with big consequences, 1 mayor for each world (but possibility to rule multiple of the worlds if voted), risk of getting removed from your post, improved demonstrations (that can actually change the plan for the neighbourhood/ the governing power if successful = opportunity for regular sims to make a change),
What kind of leader will your be: kind, corrupt or just teared apart by all your voters different opinions (you will see that it´s impossible to please everyone, but everything has it´s own consequences…).

I want malls, hotels, and graveyards…… but I picked malls first because I want a venue with multiple uses…… like a mall with a restaurant, retail stores, water park, cafe, bar, and nightclub…… we have so few lots we should be able to have more functions at the same location.

But I really want hotels too…… but ones we can build ourselves, just tell us what we need to include. I don’t know why we can’t have simple apartments like that too. And with hotels let us have a new buffet with it, maybe a rectangle one with a choice of breakfast foods and dinner foods and when buffet tables are in hotels you should not have to pay to open it, but sjhould pay per plate instead. I also want casino’s. In the hotel pack….. hotel/casino.

Comics would be great to have too, along with magazines and newspapers.

I have made my own arcade, but would like some single/double player machines that take up less room than the one with get together , and pinball machines as well, also air hockey and claw machines.

This! Yes! I'd be much more interested in having my sims run a business if they could live on the same lot.

I am dying for multi-venue lots, not the walk around we have now where we have to make it this or that and if want it to function as that instead of this we have to change the lot type.

I want the lots to be 100% functional no matter what, I as the player, decide it should be. If I place down any interactive object (such as washers and dryers) then all sims should come to that lot and wash their clothes. I shouldn't have to make it a bar or lounge or something else with the laundromat on the side that only gets used by my own sim if I direct them to do it.

TOO MANY RESTRICTIONS ON CREATIVITY IN THIS GAME!!!!!!!
