Just a curiosity. How many sim-days has a year in your play?
I starred out with 4 sim days being a year. Each day is equal to 3 months. I like the challenge but wish I had more time to play.
I mostly follow the rules from the challenge guide. A couple of things I did different is I use MCCC to age my non heir family members, to kill off my sims instead of using the cow plant but I still do the dice roll odds they die evens they live. I also use it to set relationships for non heir families in extending the family line.
In addition I looked up what the average age of death for someone is when they were born and I have their death roll when they reach that age. I also looked up what the average marriage age for females and males are and have them married, or not pending on their story line, at that age.
