NEIGHBORHOOD NAME CHANGE PROPOSAL
I propose the ability to change the neighborhood name and neighborhood description.
It is unlikely that we will have Create-A-World for The Sims 4. It is also unlikely that the neighborhood map will ever be editable. This seems to be a foundational base game engine problem that will probably never be fixed by a patch or expansion pack.
So, I am just going to make a neighborhood name change proposal.
That way, we can design our own neighborhoods, neighborhood descriptions, neighborhood names, lot descriptions, lot names, household descriptions and names, Sim Biographies and Family Albums.
We will probably never get the ability to upload more than just Lots, Rooms, Families and Sims to the Gallery, because of the way the Gallery is constructed. So, I think the best thing we can get is an increase in the character limit in the Screenshot Manager. Perhaps allow subfolders or some kind of organization system.
