I agree with everything you listed. A more realistic Santa suit for sims and also elf clothing. More realistic outdoor decor. The blow /light up ones to be specific.

All these great ideas and we get a Yeti costume.

I still don't know why we haven't had poinsettia since The Sims 2.

If you want foods like these to actually be edible, maybe you could beg icemunmun or Leniad for edible versions. sims4studio.com/thread/6924/leniads-cupboard
modthesims.info/m/4590936 (Note: icemunmun's last creation was 10/31. Not sure if this is because he has had to update his mods for the mod-breaking patch in November - and he had lots of them.) Leniad's foods, on the other hand, are separate from the scripts that make them work (created by Leniad and Andrew), and those scripts have now been separately updated.

I think most people would prefer Sims 4 created content. I started and then stopped using custom content because I don't like having to go back and look for the items I downloaded because I need to see if the author updated so it will show up in my game. So thanks but no thanks.

Yes prehaps a Winter Wonderland Destination Pack could add hot chocolate for sims to drink anywhere. There is a mod now for that.

I think I am going to re-organize the list for ease of reading

If anyone has ideas I can add for food recipes that pertain to Kwanza, Hanukkah, or Mawlid el-Nabi, Solstice or Rohatsu (Bodhi Day) please let me know I will gladly add them. I know there are many festive days in December
