A beautifully designed modern house with a telescope on the roof for your sims that love to gaze the stars at night, the house is nicely decorated with a light colour pattern and has the accomodation of 4 or 5 sims, depending on modifying one room
There is a pool on the outside together with a barbecue and a table so your sims can do awesome pool parties or birthdays!

A nice cozy family house with a gym and pool on the bottom floor with a roomy garage for your hobbys, the living quarters are on the first and second floor. There are 3 bedrooms, one for the parents and 2 for the kids, a spacy living room and there is a gardening shed in the back garden with a working bench.
