made a couple new builds!
i actually have made a lot of new builds, but i need to take pictures, edit and upload.

my two most recent builds though are these two below. (pictures are links)

It is great that you have set up a new showcase thread for your builds :) The design of the thread is great! You have many special homes, venues and rooms that you have designed, built, furnished and landscaped!

made a couple new builds recently.

one is a Tetris exterior, aqua and purple themed house for the Quality Control Contest #50.

the other is another small cafe, the "Corner Cafe" . this one has a small gardening area on top.
i just love making cafes. > o< have a lot more i'm planning in the future.

I will repost here what I wrote on the challenge thread about the Tetris themed home
Funky Tetris House is very nice! :) The purple and aqua colour scheme of the home looks very effective and nice! The Tetris themed design of the exterior looks very nice! The large giass windows are very nice for sims to enjoy looking out through at the views whilst indoors. It would be a very nice light filled home through the day. The purple and aqua flowers in the outdoors areas look very pretty! Very nice rooftop outdoors living, dining and dance patio! The string lantern lights look very nice. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating them on the patterned picnic table, looking out at the views. They will have fun dancing to the dj booth music! Very nice bar nook for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools of sofa having a drink from the bar in the outdoors air. The floor patterning looks great! Very nice upper balcony sitting area! The patterned sofas and stools look great there! Sims will enjoy chatting together, listening to music. The circles floor prints in the rooms and areas of the home look nice, and the floor patterns add a great feel to the areas! Very nice indoors areas. Nice study room, for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk tables, using the computers, or reading books. The design of the kitchen looks great! The blue ceiling light is a nice touch, and very nice wall pattern. The colour scheme of the wall picture suits the home colour scheme so well! Nice bar stool counter for sims to enjoy eating their meals whilst sitting on the stools. The floor tiling looks nice. Very nice single bed room! They will enjoy the nice aroma of incense filling the room. The flowers look pretty either sides of the dresser. Sims will enjoy resting on the patterned sofa in the room, reading a book.
It is a very nice home! The way you have used the colour scheme looks so very nice! :)

The Corner Cafe is very pretty and homely! :) The brick wall texture gives a very warming feel and look. The flowers on the edges of the home look very nice and the greenery arch looks great ! Very nice rooftop garden! Sims will enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes there. The flower cart is a nice touch there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the cafe! The menu boards, and teapots wall cabinet are touches on the walls. The sparkly lights on the exterior and interior walls looks very nice.
Sims will enjoy visiting the cafe for a nice cup of coffee ! :)

i just finished a yoga studio, "Lotus Yoga Studio" . i guess i'm on a roll with building lately.
it was fun, first spa build i've built!

Lotus Yoga Studio would be a very calming spa venue for sims to enjoy visiting! :) The brick wall texture gives a very nice look to the venue. The bamboo plants in the build are calming and restful. Sims will enjoy quietly meditating on the meditation stools and enjoy restfully doing yoga on the mats. The water feature windows are very nice in the studio. The reception counter area looks great ! It looks very nice how the square wall decor and the lights have been placed on the wall! . The towels are a nice touch there. Very nice outdoors pool area ! The greenery looks so nice on the edges of it ! Sims will enjoy swimming there. The lotus flower , which the studio is named after, looks nice on the roof.
Your first spa build is very nice! :)
