Not a lot of love for Sulani lots

Ever since Island Living was released, Sulani has always been my favorite world. I think it's a mix between the bright colors, the fun outside adventures I can send my sim on, and spending "virtual" time there just makes the wish of being able to snap my fingers and be under the Hawa'ii sun that much stronger.
However! I've had a really hard time finding any decent family homes on the water lots in Sulani - specifically the 50x50. There's just not a whole lot out there. I have absolutely zero building skills, otherwise I would make one myself. Shell challenges are the extent of my abilities at best lol!
What are your favorite Sulani residential lots? Preferably no CC, but if it's linked I'm ok with it.
