NPC Employees at the Hospital Should actually GET TO WORK.

Back to playing the game and this is still an issue. No response from Maxis. A modder looked at the core files and they believed Maxis intended to allow NPC Employees to work, but, scrapped that mechanic for some reason. I sure would like a response on this.
