After school, D.J used today to go skiing. Enele wanted him to practice both climbing and skiing. It was a bit cloudy out, but no snowfall. He would have to borrow loaner skis again. D.J. was having an outhouse built next to his tent and it's taken up most of his simoleons.
When he arrived at the slopes, a board had been placed. With the latest snowstorms, a board was placed when the slopes, hiking trails, and mountain excursion would be open and closed to the public and for private events. The bunny slopes seemed to always be open.
D.J. decided to brave it and took one of the jumps from the hill. He had a big smile on his face as he was flying. Thankfully for him, he stuck the landing and zoomed rest of the way down the hill...
...until he gets to the bottom and loses control of his skis and poles. This happened a few times on his trips down. He knew he would eventually get the hang of it. D.J. knew he would never be a pro like Enele is. Hopefully at the beginning of next week, Enele will be proud of the progress he is making.
A couple hours later, it was time for D.J. to head off to work. This next work payment should allow him to finish his outhouse. This also means start of some bills. He will need to simoleon manage so he had enough to pay for them.
