No prom for Irene either. It is only new save I have, second new I made for that friends forever event , end of last year, has prom normally, as do all older saves.
About teen hangoutspot, Bienchen has a teenhangoutoverhaul , what I use. Under misc mods if looking at her own site, need to scroll down a bit.
