Meet Jace Rollins, newest teen resident of Copperdale.
He just landed with §50 in his pocket, a few shirts, some jeans, one pair of shorts, one pair of sneakers, 1 pair of boots, and a coat. He hasn’t had time to worry about whether people will notice he’s wearing the same clothes day after day. He’s been too busy working out how to get to Copperdale and where to go once he arrived.
If you noticed he’s looking a bit scroungy, don’t expect that to improve. After all, he’s living in this homeless camp.

Yes it takes some time to it to upload, indeed depends on many things, fast connection and small pic is almost instant 🙂

Yes, he is on the gallery. Jace Rollins - no CC. His hair, facial hair and jeans are cc, so I swapped them out for this. If you want the cc, I can share what it is.

In my game, his homeless camp is on the 20x20 and the girls live in a boarding house with a house mother in the 30x20 at the top of the hill up from the homeless camp.
