Caleb: C'mon, lad! We've done this before. What's wrong with you today? Can't you see I'm hangry?
Teen: Caleb, you've raised me with love and care ever since I was left on your doorstep as an infant. I don't want to sound ungrateful, but I'm a teen now. I want more out of life than being a food source.
Caleb (sighs): Let me feed first and then we'll talk, okay?
Vlad: Trouble in paradise, Caleb? Aren't you patiently waiting for the boy to grow up?
Caleb: True. I believe he's destined to be my eternal mate. Obviously, he'll need to be turned.
Vlad: Lad, is this a plan you've agreed to? I've never heard you mention wanting to become a vampire.
Caleb: All due respect, Vlad, but this is none of your freaking business!
It will be good and much better for him that he leaves Caleb and lives his own life. I hope that his new start in Copperdale goes well 🙂
