Tae. Spring, Day 1 (Jan 18)
Hi! My name’s Tae (rhymes with “day”) and I live on an empty lot at Little Nook Falls, Copperdale. After studying at the library, I invite Jace to go fishing at Magnolia Promenade.
Jace catches a dozen fish and I get 2 Dragonfruit, 2 vampire tomes, a Cowberry, and 3 fish.
I earned enough today to buy a small tent and cooler. That lantern's a parting gift from Papa Caleb.
Spring, Day 2, Monday (Jan 19)
Today's the Springfest holiday but I'll be attending school. Alone. Mr. Akiyama phoned soon after I woke up, asking to stay here. Tho he helped me with homework yesterday, He has a wife and 2 kids--what was he thinking?
After school, both Mr. Akiyama and Jace invite out on the town, but I’m too swamped with work. The holiday gnomes left me 11 seed packets, worth $100 each. Gonna plant 2 and sell the rest.

And I'm sure he and Jace will be great friends!It was great to meet Tae! 🙂 Congratulations to him and Jace on catching lots of fish and other items! The lantern was a thoughtful and helpful gift from Caleb, so that he has light in the evening time. It was good that he declined Mr. Akiyama and his family from staying where he was living 🙂I hope that his growing of the plants from the seed packets goes well. Selling the other packets was a great way for him to get some money.

Hehe , I personally never allow my sims fish in that pier, in normal save too. it gives too much rare stuff and so much money fast😆

Yes, I realize that selling paintings and fishing at Magnolia Promenade are both OP ways to make money. But Tae started with zero simoleons except for the funds he used to buy his home lot. Also, Copperdale is one of the worst towns for a rags-to-riches start; it has very few dig sites. I didn't want him to have to sell $12 guppies from a vendor table for weeks and weeks to finally be able to afford a house. So, I'm not ashamed by Tae's activities his first week. He is scrambling to have a real roof over his head! <3

Well I was not judging or anything, apologizes if it seemed so. I only said how I do it is in my game. Totally matter of opinion.
Tae is really cute! I'll add him and put links up later today. Good first day for him. He seems happier to be out on his own, even if he does just have a tent.
