Option to start a game with random households

Idk if this is already a thing somehow and I missed it, but it would be nice to have the option to start a new game with random families in the existing lots, if not generating random houses for lots ...

I've been wanting this from the beginning! I hate having to start in CAS to start a new game. Why can't I immediately just play a family that's already in the world?
