If you close your eyes you can imagine there was no loading screen...
but seriously I never used to care that much about the loading screens in fact I used to say I preferred them but I feel so disconnected from my sim's neighborhood now. I wish open neighborhood was a thing because I find loading your next door neighbours house incredibly annoying. I don't mind so much the idea of loading up a district/neighborhood and being able to view and interact with all lots.
