Personally, rather than go "Hey, this is their fault" on whatever you're blaming, I'll blame something innocuous like global warming or not enough fish in the ocean.
It isn't anybody's fault. They made a choice when they were making the game. It is that simple. Acting like children screaming "YOUR FAULT" isn't conducive. We have loading screens. No, they cannot be switched off. Deal with it. *insert eye rolling emoticon here*
