I wouldn't count on the loading screens to be reduced w/o them altering the game's engine and it would not be possible due to the complexity of under taking a task. If Sims 5 makes a appearance it may be possible for them to do so. Sometimes trying to appease low tech just do not work because you cannot use the tech that is available today to it's full potential.
