Really? Come let's make a little calculation:
It normally takes about 3 to 5 minutes to load a neighborhood in Sims 3.
A loading screen in Sims 4 lasts about 30 seconds.
That makes just 6 to 10 loads in Sims 4 and the total time equals the one in Sims 3.
That's 30 seconds for now. Give the game a few stuff packs and/or expansion packs, and see what happens. It's going to do the same thing that the Sims 2 did. Sorry to say.
Yep my calculation was even optimistic for Sims 4 so nobody can say I'm a "hater".
