Outdoor Retreat refresh should include a goat as new farm animal
Besides you can milk or "trade" those, goat can also be used as backpacking animal with special traits for treeking. So I think it can fit perfect with a Outdoor Retreat refresh.

Would be nice if they added some forest animals. I could see the Hermit keeping a goat around his house. But some wild animals would be nice, like a real bear or a wolf pack.
