You would click on the object and it would allow options for filter, similar to the camera pictures your Sims can take, name the picture, or to choose a photo/new photo and it would pull up a menu of the screenshots you've taken.
I love taking screenshots in game, but don't have very much use for a lot of them that I take and think this could be a cool object that utilizes the in-game screenshot mechanic.
