I'd like to see some plants like
Jackfruit - as fruit and meat substitute
Kaki - as winter fruit and nice decoration for the garden
Walnut - as autumn fruit, good for squirrels and for walnut cake and as a snack
Hazelnut - as summer fruit, good for squirrels and for walnut cake and as a snack
Coffee - so coffee lovers can get the pleasure of roasting their own coffee
Tea - we might get a nice working tea set with it
Truffles - for extra flavour when cooking
Cabbage - good for dishes like cabbage soup, cabbage pie, cabbage meat rolls, sauerkraut
Sunflowers - for feeding birds, oil for cooking and off the grid lamp fuel, seeds for eating straight from the flower, sunflower seed brittle candy

- Pizza Oven
- Sushi Bar
- Icecream Bar/Stand
- A blender for shakes and several shakes receipes
- A citrus fruits juice extractor
- A big buffet bar with several menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, drinks, fruits, etc.
- Candy and chocolate making
- Yoghurt is easy to make off grid as well, just add a jar of yoghurt as a starter culture in a pot of fresh milk and leave in a warm place for a few hours. Same thing for kefir. For sour milk you need to mix equal parts of warm boiled and fresh milk and leave in a warm place for a few hours.
- I'd also like to be able to make potpourri with all the flowers and herbs we grow.
