Possible Free Tool Pack? For Customize Character

I don’t know if anyone had mentions this idea. But, I just thought about this idea. Why not having a tool features in a pack (maybe a bodyshop tool pack) by re-adding in the sims in all ages, customize character with color wheel, maybe some tools from cats and dogs, and bring back tools from the sims 3 to put in the sims 4 CAS in a free tool pack? Just like Maxies was able to adding in the tools in CAS for cat and dogs in a expansion pack. Maybe Maxies should be able to adding in color wheel (or color sliders) and other tools for re-adding the sims to CAS in a free tool pack, but separate and make the tool pack free to choose to download and not auto download. If Maxies can’t put in maybe an color sliders features for the skintone, hairs, clothes & etc in the CAS for the sims in the base game. I know the color wheel and the tools for the sims should had been in the free base game. But unfortunately, they didn’t put it in it. Or maybe it might be best if they didn’t put it in the base game because of what happened with the issues with the crashing and lagging from the color wheel features that effect some players playing the sims 3 if I’m not mistaken they said in the article way years ago. But anyway, I really hope this idea might be helpful for Maxis if they ever think about trying it out in the future.
