@Rainydayz179 -- yes, Mad Mud buys the restaurant and then you change to Grade F in the Quality Section using the restaurant cheat: bucks.unlock_perk IngredientQualityOptions true

Sims can die from normal Puffer Fish if they are not in a good mood...
