The Malibu is a very nice modern home! :) You have reflected the inspiration home very well ! The slanted roofing and the windows looks great! Very nice layout of the interior to reflect the floor plans. The wooden flooring looks nice. The outdoors areas are very nice! Very nice sunken pool and hot tub patio! Sims will enjoy dining outdoors at the table in the outdoors air. Very nice light filled open plan living, dining and kitchen areas! Sims will enjoy very nice outdoors views through the windows, whilst cooking, dining and relaxing on the sofas on the tv there. The bar stools counter looks great! Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The circles wall pattern and colourful circles floor prints in the girls bedroom looks very nice! The giraffe and panda lamp are cute! The clutter items and sports equipment on the floor in the boys bedroom looks great! The blue patterned wall looks nice. The trees patterned bedhead wall in the master bedroom gives a very nice look to the room.
It is a very nice modern home for a family to enjoy living in :)
