The Elmhurst
The elmhurst is the 10th I believe of my Sears Kithomes from the 1920s and is of the Tudor style has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (many homes per 70s had only one full bathroom and maybe a half bathroom) it costs ran close to $2,000 if I remember correctly monthly payments were under $50
On this build I decided to do a Side yard as one of my child hood neighbors had this house and had a side yard they owned 2 lots between streets hence side yard and they sadly did not have a pool pool is where their garden was :D
Not a new build but did upgrade it a bit when taking photos and reuploaded it under Elmhurst Update click the link here
