The Situation*
Hurricane Mortimer caused significant damage to the town of Willow Creek resulting in the damage or destruction of most homes. Surviving citizens either moved to Oasis Springs or Newcrest to start over. Having grown up in Willow Creek you have a lot of memories there. It's where you got your first kiss, learned to drive and met the love of your life. Rather than move, you and your significant other decide to rebuild the town and make it a home for your future generations.
