Rebuild | Renew: A Sims 4 Genetics + Building Challenge

@JordanNicoleJJ - A lot of times I will watch speed builds for inspiration and also search online. I kind of did that with @Debjameswhite last night and she got inspired for some upcoming builds! I know looking online is always a huge help and I take bits and pieces from pictures that I like and merge them together to create something of my own. I am actually working on a cafe for my current neighborhood and ran into kind of the same issue but that helped alot.
