Red.neck Arkateck (Architect) Challenge

Ok Builders, I don't know if you guys will consider this a 'challenge' or not, but here ya go. It's not a long one but it'll keep you busy for a bit. It's simple in the concept but not exactly easy...

I am really excited to do this challenge. I love to build in the sims 4 and I really like decorating. I even have a few ideas just from reading it. Quick question; can they be on foundations and can they be on separate lots (the small ones)?
