There is a permit for extending the box width by one tile on each side, if you choose to do so.
Oil Derrek must stay - try to hide it with an access point for the city.
Clean grime off the side of box cars to make them more appealing.
Add 2nd bathroom to 1st floor.
On the 1st floor create a Kitchen, dining, and living room.
Clean up the yard but keep it private.
Create outdoor entertainment space and if possible, a cowboy pool.
Make the space seem airy.
Register the property as a residential rental.
Any removed trash, plumbing, walls, and floors do not count toward your budget. Any windows, doors, appliances, and furniture do count towards the budget. If there is already a pool/fountain on the property, shrinking or removal counts toward your budget.
