Request for a 50x40 town lot

I would like to know if anyone could make a suburban lot with a bar, cafe, and gym please

    Your town centre build is great! 🙂Very nice design and layout! The furnishing of each area is lovely. The rooftop outdoors dining patio is very nice. Each part and area of the build is great!
